On the 27 and 28 August over 300 participants will take part in our annual sportive in support of the Ali Asghar Water Appeal. The ladies run/walk takes place on the Saturday from both Hujjat and Hyderi covering a distance of 10km, followed by our gents 100km cycle ride in Birmingham.
The target for the campaign is £72,000 with the funds supporting a desalination water plan in Nzavoni. Over £51,000 has been raised towards the overall target as the teams look to power across the finishing line this weekend.
We wish all our participants all the best for the weekend. May it be one that fills their minds with countless memories and their hearts with the satisfaction in the cause they have chosen to support.
