Salaam Alaykum all Parents/Carers/Guardians of SJFC,
We are contacting you today as we would like to start the process to open a consultation period with all SJFC Carers about changing our Photography/Videography policy. Our plan is to change the existing policy, to allow authorised SJFC coaches/core team members to take photos/videos of the boys who attend Sunday SJFC training for the sole purpose of using this material to enhance our social media presence. We would ensure where possible we avoid direct face clips, and focus more generally on the footballing aspects of the training.
We would like to open a consultation period of starting from this week Thursday 23rd February, till Thursday 2nd March 2023 – during this period we are asking carers to contact us if they have concerns about us potentially changing our policy to be more open.
After the consultation period we will inform you of our findings and final decision. If you would like to get in touch with us about this proposed change, we are requesting that you reply back to this email with your comments. Depending on the response we may hold a consultation meeting with parents.
