Over the past 25+ years, Stanmore Jafferys have undergone an exciting journey and witnessed a remarkable evolution and growth.
Leaders in various capacities have shouldered this immense responsibility, forming and shaping the great asset we have today by building blocks over the years.
Leadership comes with duties and responsibilities, including putting in place a timely process which ensures seamless transition.
We are approaching the last phase of my 2-year term as the Stanmore Jafferys custodian and it is now time to prepare for the transition and the next SJ leadership.
