To be able to make the most out of this life – you need ENERGY – my final video talks about Exercise during this holy month.

This month is heavily focused on spirituality but the only way you will have the energy to drive your mental focus is through the physical strength and energy you have each day.

It is super important that you look after yourself physically this month – a few tips :

  1. Exercise lightly before Iftar – don’t exercise too hard as your body is dehydrated.
  2. Any heavy exercise should be done after some food but do not eat fully before heavy exercise.
  3. Make sure you are completing your 10K steps everyday !

Allah’s greatest gift to us is our body – Our gift back to Allah is how we choose to look after it !
