Few tips :
- Break your fast with dates and water – have a short break for Namaz before you come and eat your main meal.
- Make sure your plate has Vegetables / Lean Protein and a good source of Carbohydrates – this is all explained in the video.
- Hydration is the key to this month – make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
