During Ramadhan with such short time between Iftar and Fajr it is vitally important we eat well to be fully prepared for the day to come.

I would like you to think of food as a fuel source – this fuel source needs to be at its optimum if you are going to make the most out of this month in terms of Spirituality and Energy.

Few tips :

    1. Break your fast with dates and water – have a short break for Namaz before you come and eat your main meal.
    2. Make sure your plate has Vegetables / Lean Protein and a good source of Carbohydrates – this is all explained in the video.
    3. Hydration is the key to this month – make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
