We are delighted to host Brother Mohammed Rahim, aka Coach, from Singapore on Sunday 14 November for a truly special session.

As some of you will know, Mohammed Rahim is a former international runner who has competed in major marathons and track competitions around the world training and racing with legends such as Mo Farah and Kenenisa Bekele.

He coaches hundreds of athletes in Singapore including some national team runners. Mohammed was a volunteer with Stanmore Jafferys before moving to Singapore for work in 2009 and last year ran a session for SJ Fitness. We look forward to welcoming him back and continuing to learn from him. Full details of the session are outlined below.
