SJ Cycling June Challenge Update

The June challenge (Be Bold for Gold) is well and truly underway with a majority of the riders continuing their awesome momentum they have built since the Ramadan challenge. We have a total of 101 active riders taking part in the June Challenge and collectively we have cycled a whopping 8,280 miles with 258,069 feet of elevation in just 12 days.

We continue to see increased participation across all genders, age and diversity. Remember, there are virtual badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Carbon) up for grabs at the end of the month and we have started to track your progress and achievements on a continuous basis going forwards so keep accumulating those miles and badges. Please spread the word and get your friends and family involved too.

Action Required:
– There also have been a few riders who have not completed registration (remember the form we socialized a week or so ago?) – it only takes a few minutes and we really need you to complete registration in order for us to efficiently manage the community club. Please register here if you have not done so yet.

– We will soon be cleaning up some of our existing groups (WhatsApp and Strava) to ensure you are aligned to the most appropriate groups. If you are not aligned to any groups after the clean-up ends, please let us know as soon as possible.

If there is anything cycling related that we could provide assistance whether that’s tips to choose a new bike, general advice or anything else for that matter, please feel free to reach out to us and we will gladly be of service.

Keep Pedaling!
