With the introduction of SJ Fitness with Sunday Breakfast last week and its immense success we are excited to bring you part 2.
Dr Dhanji a participant at last weeks session in his analysis put it so beautifully ……session was really brilliant and terrific as I was able to witness fot the first time the maestro Dr Mahmood at his best………….I noticed he included refining exercise selection , adding new tools, tricks and toys of innovation like taking penalities , all adding to the “fun” part.

Inshallah we continue our classes this Sunday 17th February 2019, from 10am onwards at Northwood school.
The team will conduct Tabata classes, warm up and stretches followed by excercises. We will be focusing on:-
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Full plank
3. Press-ups
4. Elbow plank
5. Squats
6. Side plank – right
7. Rope climbing
8. Side plank – left
For the next two Sundays in February (17th & 24th ) SJ Fitness will continue to serve you a Fitness Class topped up with a Sunday Breakfast.
Cost per participant: £3.00 (to be paid on site). Includes session and breakfast.
