Your participation and engagement as a member has been instrumental in this club’s progress and building its blocks over the years.
As presented at the AGM on Friday 11 December 2020, one of the key action points is reaching a suitable resolution with respect to the legal structure for our club and coming up with a suitable solution that safeguards the club, it’s members and our Hujjat KSIMC Organisation as a whole.
In line with that, you are invited to attend an Open Discussion Forum/Meeting as follows:

This is an opportunity for the membership to provide their thoughts and opinions on the proposed solution that the EC is considering for the club. We are working through various options and we are at a stage, where we feel that one of the options may be the way forward for the club.
The feedback will be collated and assessed and suitably incorporated into the ongoing discussions as we work on charting our way forward on this important agenda.
