On Sunday 2 February 2025 the sign up process for SJ Swimming will move over to our CRM platform, Love Admin. Since 2023, all gents sports have migrated their sign up process from multiple individual forms, to a single platform to improve the user experience for our members. SJ Swimming will become the final sport for gents to move to LoveAdmin.
To ensure our members who join swimming every Sunday are fully acquainted with the new process, we have prepared the following guide on steps you must take place before the sign up opens and how to sign up to a Sunday swimming session.

You MUST ensure you read this article well in advance of the sign up session for Sunday 2 February opening on our portal. Tech support will not be provided on the day the sign up opens on 31 January for the SJ Swimming session on Sunday 2 February.
STEPS TO COMPLETE BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION OPENS
Please ensure you have paid/renewed your SJ membership for the calendar year 2025 on our LoveAdmin Portal.
If you have paid your SJ membership through our LoveAdmin portal in past years then you will received an email on 1 January 2025 inviting you to renew your membership.
If you have been paying your membership IN CASH TO SJ SENIORS you will need to pay your membership through LoveAdmin. To read how to become a member through our portal please read the following link.
If you bring a child who is under the age of 5, please ensure the child is linked to your account and you have purchased the under 5 membership (free of charge) on LoveAdmin. The cost of membership is free for under 5s but you must have purchased this free product or else you will not be able to sign them up for swimming sessions.
HOW TO SIGN UP TO A SWIMMING SESSION
- Log into the portal by clicking here
- Click on Sign In in the top right corner (Please ensure you have followed the above steps in paying for your SJ membership first)
- Click on SJ Swimming
- Click on session
- Choose your category and click on Add to Basket. If you are making multiple purchases please complete this step each time for each individual.
- Once you have completed this step close the screen down and click on the Basket icon on the top right.
- Please pick the name of the individual you are purchasing the sessions for. If you have made multiple purchases for people affiliated to your account you will need to select the relevant individuals name.
- Click proceed to checkout and complete payment.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SWIMMING SESSION IS FULL
If the swimming session is full, the system will indicate the session is now full but you can sign up to the waiting list. Singing up the waiting list is free of charge. When a space becomes available the swimming coordinator will inform you and you will receive an email asking you to clear your payment ahead of the session.
