We are proud to announce the official launch of the SJ Teams weightlifting challenge!

6 Weeks. 4 Teams. One Goal: Building a Stronger Community.

Starting Monday, January 5th and running until Friday, February 13th, we’re launching something special – a challenge that’s not just about lifting weights, but about lifting each other up.

Why Join?

Let’s be honest: staying consistent with fitness is tough when you’re going solo. You skip a session, no one notices. You hit a new personal best, no one celebrates with you. But what if your team was counting on you? What if every workout you completed helped your squad climb the leaderboard?

That’s the power of training together.

This challenge is designed to get more of us involved in strength training in a way that’s social, supportive, and sustainable. Whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’ve never touched a barbell, there’s a place for you here. Over these 6 weeks, you’ll build habits, discover what your body is capable of, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

How It Works

3 points for a 30-minute strength session
5 points for 60+ minutes
Minimum 3 sessions per week to keep your team in the game

Every rep counts. Every session matters. Your team is relying on you – and you’ll be amazed how that accountability keeps you showing up, even on days when motivation is low.

Why This Matters

Strength training builds more than muscle – it builds confidence, resilience, and community. Imagine walking into the gym knowing your teammates are counting on you. Imagine celebrating someone else’s progress like it’s your own. Imagine finishing these 6 weeks stronger, not just physically, but connected to a crew who pushed through it with you.

This is how we make fitness a movement, not just a moment.

All Levels Welcome

Never lifted before? Perfect – your captains and teammates will guide you.
Already training regularly? Amazing – help bring others along with you.

The beauty of this challenge is that everyone contributes equally. A beginner’s 30-minute session is worth the same points as an advanced lifter’s. We’re all in this together.
