Salaamun Alaykum Dear Members
It’s that time of the year, the British Summer is upon us. The smell of freshly cut grass, the knock of leather against willow, that can only mean one thing – The SJ Cricket Season is upon us.
With the amazing response and uptake during the winter nets, post the Unity Games, we are pleased to announce a bumper season ahead. The SJ Cricket team has been working hard behind the scenes and have planned 2 Home Games and 5 Away Fixtures through the summer months. On top of these, we are also in a position to confirm that the SJ Cricket Bonanza returns for a 4th Year, in memory of Marhum Abbas Bandali, and will take place on Sunday 23rd June at Kenton CC (further details to be shared soon).
