Over the 2018/2019 season, the club has been working closely with the coaches to define the SJFA Core Values. The core values being the SJFA DNA and the Principles that should be the bedrock of how we run and manage our club.
The Core Values, Faith, Community and Respect , will resonate with us all (players, coaches and parents alike) and will keep all stakeholders grounded as we continue to grow and move forward.
As Chair of this wonderful club, I am lost for words how the SJFA team continues to have the energy and the want to develop the club not only for the benefit of our youth of today but also for our youth of tomorrow. The team now has a framework to benchmark against.
I would personally like to thank Ashiq Damani who has spearheaded this project and who will now play an integral part of a working team including our Head of Development (Hussein Pirbhai) looking at our philosophy and curriculum. Watch this space!
