Following what has been a tough season with hard matches, unprecedented winter weather and the COVID lockdown we have finally received the final Chiltern Church Junior League standings and we are pleased to announce that our SJFA U13 Cougars have topped their table and have won their respected League!
We would like to congratulate the players and coaches in the U13s league team for the great achievement in what is their first season playing league football.
We have seen fantastic development across all our league squads and players as we participate in the league and continue our growth.
Fuad Musa the league manager for the U13s has some words that he wanted to say:
“I am tremendously proud of the boys and my coaches in this achievement of winning the league at the first attempt.
The boys displayed determination, focus, belief and togetherness that grew week by week. It was a wonderful journey that we all shared and every squad player and coach played their part.
A massive thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, and SJFA for helping to make our first season a special one.
We now look forward to working towards retaining the trophy next season Insh’Allah.”
