
Despite being in the third lockdown, SJFC adults have not slowed down with their activities, the only difference now is that they’re virtual. Every Sunday at 9AM and Tuesday at 9PM, coach Ali Kamal goes through a zoom workout with the first and flexi league teams. The last few weeks have been a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), ball mastery and conditioning. The first team have also joined Strava, with the aim of running 5k per week whether it’s in one go or spread out over the week. During this tough period its very important to still keep active and this is something the adults have been trying to implement.
