One of the key strategic objectives for SJFC is to ensure that the SJFC Youth have a clear pathway and platform to continue with competitive football as they completed their development under the youth set up and transitioned into 1st team football.

In preparation for this eventual key milestone, SJFC set up an adults structured training programme and entered a adults league in 2019. We are now seeing the first youth team coming through the Chiltern Church League (under 16s team) and starting to train with the 1st Team. This included attending trails on Monday evening (12 July).

In addition to getting the opportunity to play in The Middlesex FA Flexi League on Wednesday nights, SJFC has entered the boys in the Middlesex FA Transition Festival which will prepare the players transition into the adult game.
