SJFC Head Position

SJFC, founded in 2015, has grown significantly over the last few years. It caters to about 130+ boys per week at the weekly sessions held at Harefield every Sunday. In addition to the training sessions, we also enter teams in the Chiltern Church League. On the other hand we also have a thriving adults team who also play in a league and participate in local cup competitions.

We now reach a critical juncture in the development of SJFC. The current head of SJFC, Nazir Rajvani, will be stepping down later this year. Nazir has steered the club through some of the most challenging times during the pandemic, ensuring our members could continue to play football under the safest possible environment. We look forward to thanking Nazir for the excellent accomplishments during his tenure.

With Nazir’s impending departure, SJ is now inviting members to put forward their interest in taking up the Head position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about grass roots sports and with the support of Stanmore Jafferys, will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills.

If you are interested in this position and would like to find out more or you would like to have an informal discussion please contact Tauseef Kanji via email on by 3rd July.

We are hopeful that our search will prove to be fruitful to ensure SJFC can continue to provide a full footballing programme.
