ILWIR. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing away of Ammar Dadlani. Ammar passed away on New Year’s Day in the US after travelling there for treatment.
Our thoughts go out to his family during this trying period, safe in the knowledge that they will draw strength from each other and from their faith in Allah.

One of our own, Ammaar Dadlani – Winner of the SJFA Personality of the Year Award in 2019 – has unfortunately seen a resurfacing of the aggressive bone cancer first diagnosed in June 2018.
He has beaten this cancer once, but will need our support in beating it again!
The family are raising £375,000 for treatment in North America as CAR-T cell immunotherapy is not covered by the NHS. Alhamdulillah with the support of our bretheren across the globe £270,000 has been raised so far.
We would request our fraternity to donate whatever they can to assist.
Far be it would we allow one of our own to lay stricken.
