SJRS are delighted to announce the appointment of Mohamed Abbas Merali as the lead Table Tennis Coordinator overseeing Gentlemen and Boys Table Tennis.
SJRS Chair, Abbasali Merali commented ‘Table Tennis was introduced as a new addition to the SJ Calendar when we founded SJRS and we have witnessed a phenomenal growth in the sport across all generations. I would like to sincerely thanks Nazir Merali, Hussein Juma, Sibtain Allibhai, Arifali Hirji and the entire table tennis team for their tremendous hard work and organisation in achieving this success. We are fortunate to have someone with Mohamed Abbas’ experience to be part of our dream team and his passion and ambition for table tennis will no doubt ensure the continued growth of this sport in our community.’
SJRS Table Tennis for Boys takes place at Aldenham School on Friday nights from 8pm-10pm and sessions for Gentlemen and Boys take place on Saturday mornings at Harefield Academy from 10am-12pm. Look forward to seeing you all there!
