With the government planning to lift the current lockdown regulations on the 21st of June, SJFC Adults are bringing back the Community Cup on the 27th of June.
The format will be the same as the 2019 tournament, with participants entering as individuals and the teams being randomised. This was a key element in what made the last tournament so successful, as it allowed people to interact with members of the community they otherwise may never have interacted with. Each team will also contain a ‘junior’ and a ‘senior’ player, to make sure there is a good mix of players.
The tournament will be held at Northwood School and games will kick off at 9:00AM. If you wish to register yourself to play in the tournament, please follow the link below.
Participants must be aged 17 and over. There is player limit of 120 (108 outfield and 12 GK) which will work on a first come first serve basis. The tournament will cost £15 to participate, inclusive of lunch. Participants will also have to be SJ members, details of this will be further communicated in the coming weeks. The deadline to fill out the form is 9th May 2021.
