Today we are delighted to add running to SJ’s armour and formally launch SJ Running. Our vision for SJ Running is simple. We want to bring the physical and mental health benefits that running brings, to our community, in a completely inclusive fashion. Whether you are new to running or an old time pro, whether you’re youthful or senior, whether you prefer a gentle trundle with your friends or want to push yourself in national events or whether you want to run 1 mile or test yourself at 26 miles.

Overtime, SJ Running will add a range of programmes and challenges to cater for the running needs of our community, whether that be couch to 5K programmes, organised group runs and entering national events.

Remember, “No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch”
